Ruth is an international business consultancy, specializing in negotiation, mediation, strategic planning, competitive intelligence, labor relations, and high-performance team building. He has worked intensively in the US, Europe and Latin America. Ruth also designs and teaches courses on international negotiation, mediation, cross-cultural communication and other business topics, training multinational executives and government leaders to deal effectively with the demands of today's global market.

She is a professor in the MBA / MIM and Executive Training programs at Thunderbird - The Graduate School of International Management (USA and Europe), as well as ICESI, EAFIT, and INCOLDA (Colombia). He has also facilitated leadership development programs with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®) in Brussels, for participants from all over Europe.

In addition to his extensive experience and strong track record in fields such as negotiation, labor issues, competitive intelligence, and management team training, he has extensive experience as an ICF certified executive coach, identifying opportunities and revitalizing his clients' business visions and objectives. . Ruth has also worked in the development of expatriate policies and has worked in consulting for the reorganization of several international divisions.

Prior to her consulting career, Ruth was a specialist in court management and litigation strategies in the areas of defective products, medical malpractice, deceptive trading practices, and employment relationships. He was also with Atlantic Richfield as a legal analyst, and collaborated with FINA Oil and Gas to reorganize the department responsible for acquired production and mineral interest payments.

Ruth received her Masters degree in International Management from Thunderbird, where she specialized in international relations, business intelligence, cross-cultural issues, and strategic management. He studied law at Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas, and received his Bachelor of Arts (Cum Laude) in International Politics from the University of Texas - Austin. In addition to English, Ruth speaks Spanish, Portuguese, and French. In his childhood he lived in Bogotá, Colombia, where his father was a geologist and geophysicist with Texaco.

In her private life, Ruth is a rider and director of dressage competitions. He currently lives in the region of Andalusia, Spain.
