With more than 25 years of experience, Rebecca provides consulting aligning corporate strategies with managerial development. He specializes in obtaining measurable improvements in leadership behaviors that impact professional and organizational performance. It works mainly with multinational companies as Executive Coach, designs and teaches leadership programs and carries out assessment programs (assessment centers) internationally.

He has worked with executives of multinational companies in Europe, the United States, Latin America, Asia and Africa in the telecommunications, IT, banking, manufacturing, engineering, pharmaceutical, construction, transportation, insurance and consumer goods sectors; gaining extensive knowledge of the business and leadership challenges they face.

She has been one of the pioneers in coaching managers in Spain since 1992 and has extensive experience in the design and analysis of 360º tools. Prior to his consulting work, he began his career in Marketing at AT&T responsible for the residential telecommunications market in Puerto Rico.

Associate to the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®) as Coach and Associate Trainer, Executive Coach and Associate Trainer of Mannaz based in Denmark and Associate Professor of the Instituto de Empresa in the area of Human Resources. At the Instituto de Empresa she designs and teaches courses on Leadership & Coaching, Networking and Evaluation and Development.

Rebecca has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico, has a Master's degree from the Institute of Business Directors IDE-CESM and also has the CTI Co-Active Coach Core Curriculum, a program accredited by the ICF.
