LISA LARSON
Lisa is affiliated with the Center for Creative Leadership's Brussels office as Associate Coach and Trainer, which offers services in the Europe-Middle East-Africa region. She has been a CCL associate since 2005, collaborating in both open enrollment and custom programs in Europe, the United States and Mexico.
Her experience in management development includes five years as Director of MBA and Executive MBA programs at a Spanish business school, where she also formed part of the human resources faculty. During this time, she led an important period of growth and internationalization of the programs by attracting students from over 20 countries. Previously, Lisa held positions in management and consultancy, specifically in the field of socioeconomic development.
In addition to her work with CCL, Lisa has a private practice as a facilitator, executive and team coach and MBTI practitioner. She also teaches leadership and management skills development in master's and in-company programs at a business school as an associate faculty member. She has experience working with clients from different sectors, especially telecommunications, financial, energy, and automotive.
After achieving a BA in Spanish in her native country (United States), Lisa obtained her MBA in Barcelona, Spain. She completed her accredited coach training at one of the USA's most veteran coaching schools. Lisa's working languages are Spanish and English and she is also conversational in Italian and Catalan.
She has contributed to the field of coaching by being one of the founding members of the Spanish chapter of ICF, the International Coach Federation, and has published several articles on coaching in Spanish business publications. She is a member of ICF and of APTi, the Association for Psychological Type International.
