LISA LARSON
Lisa is a native of the United States and has lived in Spain since 1986.
She obtained her MBA (Master in Business Administration and Management) from IESE in 1989. Her professional experience has developed mainly in areas where she could apply her knowledge and management skills to activities with a social contribution component: as a counselor for disadvantaged youth , consultant in the field of socio-economic development, and in the commercial management of a public-private business center for newly created SMEs.
Since 1999, his professional vocation revolves around the development of people. She joined the EADA business school as Director of the Full Dedication MBA and Executive MBA Master in Business Administration programs, stimulating and managing an important stage of growth in the programs -from 80 students in 1999 to 190 students in 2001- thus as well as its internationalization, attracting students from almost 20 different countries. He also collaborated as a teacher in the Human Resources Department, teaching classes for the development of professional skills in MBA programs and companies.
He is currently coaching and training as a freelance. Among several collaborations, she is affiliated with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®) as a Coach and Associate Trainer in its leadership development programs, and as an associate professor at EADA where she conducts in-company programs.
Lisa has been a coach since 2003, she is certified by the Success Unlimited Network school (USA), one of the first schools to receive accreditation by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
He is a member of ICF, the world's largest coaching organization that aims to uphold the highest standards in the coaching profession. He has also had an active participation in the launch of the national chapter of ICF-Spain.
Lisa has published articles on coaching in Training & Development Digest and Business Management.
